As Key Banyo ve Mutfak Ur. Dış Tic., the following issues are targeted to keep information security at the highest level in all of our activities:
a) Confidentiality: Access to information only for authorized persons,
b) Integrity: Protecting information from unauthorized changes and being aware of when it was changed,
c) Accessibility: To make the information available to authorized users as needed.
Acting with the awareness that the information generated should be protected at the highest level of security, Key Banyo ve Mutfak Ur. Dış Tic. A.Ş. considers the following to manage the information in printed and electronic media, which is the basis of the information security concept, in the light of legal regulations and by applying risk methods in accordance with the principles of "confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility":
• To meet the requirements of information security standards,
• Comply with all legal regulations regarding information security,
• Identify risks to information assets and systematically manage risks,
• Constant review and improvement of the Information Security Management System,
• Conduct training to improve technical and behavioral competencies, develop key policies to increase information security awareness,
• To create a successful and effective information security awareness process, the tasks and responsibilities in this area must be clearly defined.
Consequently;
The purpose of the Information Security Policy is to protect information assets, ensure the confidentiality of information and data, protect it from unauthorized persons who will attempt to disrupt its integrity, and thus eliminate situations,
which will undermine our organization's trust and reputation.
