Frequently Asked Questions

What should I look for when buying a WC?

Depending on the installation dimension, different WCs are produced. To avoid problems with installation, we recommend that you check the installation before buying and order WCs with the appropriate characteristics.

Which seat cover fits my WC? Also, what interior kit and concealed reservoir should I choose?

In the compatibility tables of our product catalogs, you will find all the information you need. In these lists, model names and product codes are detailed. At the same time, you can easily access this information on our website. WCs that are compatible with the concealed reservoirs you use will provide the performance you want.

What is the purpose of the overflow hole in sinks?

A clogged drain in the sink prevents the overflow of water flowing into the sink from the open mixer and drains the water flowing into the sewer from the overflow hole.

Do products such as the showerhead and hand shower sold with the claim "lime breaker" have a self-cleaning function?

The products do not have a self-cleaning function, but by pressing the plastic nozzles of our anti-limescale products, you can remove the limescale more easily.

What do I have to do to use a thermostatic product with the solar system?

For the thermostatic product to work efficiently, the dynamic hot and cold water pressure in the hot and cold water installation must be at least 1 bar. Since the hot water comes from the tank in these systems, the pressure is not too high, and the temperature cannot be adjusted if the pressure difference between the hot and cold water is more than 1.5 bar. We recommend installing a hydrophore system in your system to increase hot water pressure and healthily use your thermostat product with the solar system.

Why are thermostatic mixers set at 38 degrees?

Thanks to the thermostatic cartridge, hot and cold water are mixed in specific proportions. This function ensures the safe use of water at the desired constant temperature and flow rate. According to European standards, since 38 degrees is considered the ideal temperature that the human body can tolerate, thermostatic mixers are manufactured with the water outlet temperature set at 38 degrees.

How do photocell products work?

Photocell mixers work by processing the back reflections of encoded IR (Infrared) signals by the receiver. In the photocell system, the signals from IR have a range of about 15 - 20 cm and enable the photocell mixer to function even in the dark. They consume very little power, operate quietly, and are as easy to install as a regular mixer.

With how many decibels does the filling group of the product work?

It works with 20 decibels of sound, which is a level that will not disturb the human ear.

How does the photocell concealed reservoir work?

The photocell sensors used in the product emit an invisible infrared light. The photocell sensor is set to command after a person has moved away from the detection area after the minimum delay time has elapsed. The water flow starts, and the WC is cleaned. The detection distance depends on the reflectivity of the object. Washing occurs 3 seconds after the user leaves the detection area. Photocell Concealed Reservoir System automatically leaves a clean usage area for the following user.

What is glaze?

It is an impermeable, glass-like coating that provides the color and pattern seen on the tile's surface. It is made by mixing sand (quartz), kaolinite clay, frit with glassy structure, and oxide-based color pigments in certain proportions. As long as the tile is not deformed on the glazed surface, it cannot absorb water from the glazed surface.

What does Glazed Porcelain mean?

These are products made of porcelain (the water absorption rate is less than 0.5%), to which glaze is applied for color and pattern.
